Founded in 2013 by fellow hip hop artists Fortified PhonetX and Proseed, Surface Level Records is a Pittsburgh-based hip hop collective and community of artists, musicians and as the tagline says, “all-around good people.” We offer more than just good music, videos, podcasts and blog posts, we offer a place for people to get together online in a friendly environment with opportunities in the future to gather in person.
